Spices are back!

Upon our customers' requests we brought back our most popular spices for each of our bread. Cumin, coriander and none options are now available, except for our sweet bread.

Cumin - is our classic bread ingredient; but for some customers it is too strong. Throughout the world, this spice is the second in popularity only after black pepper. Its taste is slightly bitter, warm and powerful.

Coriander - If the cumin is too strong for you, we recommend to try our bread with coriander. The herb of the coriander plant is known as cilantro, while the fruit is known as coriander seed. The taste is mellow, sweet and warm with citrusy undertones.
