Since we have launched our bakery business, we send a link with a short survey request to our customers after each delivery. Unfortunately, not everyone has time to take our survey; but most customers do, and we’d like to thank everyone who gives us a feedback!

So, I'd like to share with you the following statistics.

As we can see women care more about healthy food, not surprising that they live longer than men.

Age from 25 to 44 is our target auditory.

The majority of people gave us 5 stars which makes us very happy. Many thanks!

Our original bread and bread with pistachios are leaders. Somebody even tried rye and wheat which we didn't sell yet. :)

Here we can see which bread our customers want to try. Our newest flavor is rye and raisins, it has a good chance to become a popular bread, I guess.

So 46.15% said that they like everything and the same percentage left their own comments.

Answers are different, 2 clients want to add option of bread without spices, which we did already.

Other 3 answers are about the hard crust, it may happen because of our bread pan, which we always modify, now we have the last version of it and it should solve problem with the hard crust.
