Based on our customers' survey, the most expected bread is Rye and raisins. It is the time to bake it!

As spices we tried many different ones and chose anise. Combination of sweet oil free raisins and tiny aromatic anise gives our rye bread rich and unique flavor. Besides new ingredients we still make our bread from rye sourdough and filtered water.
