Rye bread with amaranth

Today we've added a new flavor Rye and Amaranth. Amaranth was cultivated by the Aztecs 8,000 years ago and is still a native crop in Peru. This powerful food has some similarities to quinoa — both are good protein sources and are naturally gluten-free. Amaranth contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, and rich of protein.
