Upgraded Equipment

On the Black Friday we upgraded our equipment and bought a new Grain Mill. Thanks to "Pleasant Hill Grain store" for the great discounts. Now our flour looks much better and it turns out to be more aerated. Another big advantage for our rye flour is that it is not heated during a grinding process.

It is very important to keep the temperature less than 105 F (41 C) so the enzymes are not destroyed.
