Triangular rye bread. Experiment

A few days ago I came up with the idea to bake a Rye Living Bread in a new triangular shape.

As Plato said "The surface consists of triangles".

My friend Yuriy helped me make a custom pan. The next day, I baked my first triangular loaf. It looked good, but not excellent, the triangle was not an equilateral triangle.

I keep going with my experiment.
